Is team chat included in the free plan?
Yes. Chat and the company directory are part of every Daakiaa plan, including the Free plan, in the same account as your mail, calendar and tasks.
Who can I chat with?
Everyone in your company: direct messages, private groups, and channels anyone in the company can join. Chats stay private to your company.
How do approvals work?
Type /approve and what needs approving, choose who approves, and send. They get a notification, and Approve or Reject right in the chat. The card keeps the decision, who made it and when, and any note.
Can I see if my message was read?
Yes. One tick means sent, two grey ticks mean it reached their app, and two blue ticks mean it was seen. In groups you can see who has seen your message.
Will I get notifications on my phone?
Yes. Install Daakiaa on your phone and allow notifications. Messages arrive as notifications when the app is closed or in the background, and not while you are already reading the chat.
Which files can be shared?
Photos, PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text and CSV files, audio, video and zip files. Programs and scripts such as .exe or .js are blocked, to keep everyone safe. Big photos are made smaller automatically before sending.
