Yes. Video meetings are part of every Daakiaa plan. On the Free plan a meeting can last up to 45 minutes with up to 10 people; paid plans allow up to 24 hours and 100 people.
No. Anyone with the meeting link can join from a browser on a computer or phone. People from outside your company wait in a waiting room until someone from your company lets them in.
Yes. Share your whole screen, a window or a browser tab, with sound, from a computer. Everyone sees it large, with the people in a strip beside it.
Press Schedule on the Meet home page and set the title, date, time and length, or create an event in Daakiaa Calendar and choose “Add Daakiaa Meet”. Either way, invited guests on Gmail or Outlook get the link in their invitation.
Yes, once your company admin allows public meetings (Admin → Access → Meet). Make a meeting public and share its link: anyone can register with their name, email and mobile number, confirm the email with a one-time code and join directly. Registrants are added to the guest list, and the host sees each person's name, email and phone.
Yes. Until the meeting starts, the host can change the title, time and length, add a banner image such as a logo or event artwork, and write the details with headings, lists and links. The join page shows the banner, the time and an “About this meeting” section.
Yes. Invited people get a mobile-friendly invitation with the banner, time, details, a Join button and Add to Google Calendar or Outlook links. If the time changes they get an update, then a reminder a day before (if they were invited earlier than that) and about 15 minutes before, unless they have already joined. Public registrants get a confirmation email.
A panel in the call where notes, decisions and action items are written down while you talk. Daakiaa keeps track of who attended, turns action items into Tasks, and sends a recap email after the meeting.
Yes, on paid plans. Anyone from your company in the meeting can start recording; everyone sees a Recording sign. When it stops, the video is saved to the host's Drive in a “Meet recordings” folder.
Yes. Choose Light or Strong blur from the meeting controls. It runs in your browser, so your video isn't sent anywhere else to be processed.
