Can I move from Microsoft 365 without losing email?
Yes. Daakiaa's import copies every folder and message from Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), including attachments. Your old mailboxes stay untouched until you decide to close them.
Will Outlook still work?
Yes. Outlook on Windows and Mac and the Outlook phone app work with Daakiaa over IMAP and SMTP, and so do Apple Mail and the Gmail app. There is also a fast webmail for the browser.
Is Microsoft 365 Business Basic better value?
It can be, if you use what it includes: at about ₹170 a user on a yearly plan it has a 100 GB mailbox, 1 TB OneDrive, Teams and Office web apps. If your team mainly needs email, Daakiaa Starter costs ₹129 a month without a yearly commitment, and up to 3 mailboxes are free.
What about Word, Excel and Teams?
