How much space do I get?
Drive uses the same storage as your mailbox: 2 GB on the Free plan, and more on paid plans. One meter in Drive shows how much your mail and your files use.
Can I share files with clients?
Yes. Turn on a link for a file or a folder: “anyone with the link” for clients, or “people in my company” for colleagues. Links can expire after a day, a week or a month, and you can turn them off at any time.
How do colleagues get access?
Share a file or folder with people in your company as a viewer (open and download) or an editor (also add files and folders). They find it under “Shared with me”.
What can I preview without downloading?
Photos, PDFs (every page), videos, audio and text files open right in Drive. Other files download with one click.
What happens when I delete something?
It goes to the trash for 30 days, where you can restore it. After that it is removed for good.
Is anything not allowed?
Programs and scripts (like .exe or .bat files) can't be uploaded, to keep everyone safe. Single files can be up to 2 GB.
